Note legali
In tutti i casi hai 14 giorniper ripensarci: mi scrivi e ti rimborso, senza discutere.

Legal notes
No beating around the bush: who I am, what I do with your data, and what happens if you change your mind.
Who's on the other side
Trading University is the project of GiGiFX23, an independent trader in forex, gold and indices. It is not an investment firm, it is not a financial intermediary and it is not a bank. I am one person selling tools and training.
For anything at all, write to accesso@tradinguniversity.club: I answer, not an office.
This is not financial advice
Everything you find here — indicators, levels, trade journal, COT and calendar, videos and materials — is for educational purposes. It is not financial advice, it does not involve looking after anyone's assets, and it does not constitute personalised investment recommendations.
They are not entry calls. The tools tell you what kind of day it is and where price runs into real obstacles. What you do with that information remains your decision, and the risk is yours.
Trading carries a real risk of losing your capital, even all of it. Past results, mine or anyone else's, say nothing about future ones. Nobody can promise profits, and I am the first not to.
What data I collect, and why
When you sign up I ask for your name and email: they are used to create your account and to send you the code you log in with. The questions about your trader profile (experience, markets, capital) help me understand who I am dealing with and are not required to use the free tools.
If you use the trade journal, what you write in it stays yours and only you can see it. I do not sell it, I do not pass it on, I do not use it for anything else.
Payments are collected by Whop, which is the official seller and also takes care of EU VAT. Your card details do not pass through this site and I never see them. Emails are sent by Resend, data is stored on Supabase and the site runs on Vercel.
You can unsubscribe from the emails whenever you want, from the link at the bottom of each one or from the dedicated page. If you want me to delete your account and everything in it, write to me and I will do it: I will not ask why.
How to cancel, and how to ask for a refund
The monthly subscription you stop from your Whop account whenever you want. You stay in until the end of the month you have already paid for, then the locked sections close again on their own.
The six months and the Lifetime (Percorso Lifetime) are one-off purchases: they do not renew on their own and there is nothing for you to cancel.
In every case you have 14 days to change your mind: write to me and I'll refund you, no arguments. After that, if there is a real problem we talk about it anyway — I would rather give a refund than have an unhappy person.
The indicators
The four indicators are private and are delivered by invite to your TradingView account: you tell me your account and I add them by hand. They cannot be downloaded and cannot be resold.
They stay yours as long as your subscription is active (forever, if you bought the Lifetime). If the subscription ends, the invite lapses.
